Perché un orto?
Per produrre verdure, prima di tutto. Perché sono convinta che, al giorno d’oggi, coltivare da sé le proprie zucchine sia un atto più sovversivo che non scarabocchiare slogan anarchici sui muri. Perché otto (8) euro per due (2) peperoni, due (2) melanzane e quattro (4) pesche sono la realtà di un pomeriggio di settembre a Milano, fruttivendolo di zona Sarpi. Perché credo sia ora di iniziare a fare qualcosa di concreto, oltre la finestra del monitor.

Ovviamente, nessuna. Altrimenti non sarebbe un Orto Sperimentale =)
Mi sono documentata molto, nei mesi scorsi, ma credo che a questo punto l’unico modo per imparare sia provando. E quindi sbagliando.
